Confirmation of Terms
By confirming a booking with Basenko Olha e.U., you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the cancellation, rescheduling and refund terms outlined on this page. These terms become legally binding once a date and time have been agreed upon — whether in writing (email, message, Instagram DM) or verbally.
Please make sure to read the policy carefully before confirming your session.

1. General Policy
By booking a photoshoot with Basenko Olha e.U., you agree to the following cancellation terms:
• Free cancellation is possible up to 48 hours before the scheduled session.
• Late cancellations (less than 48 hours before the session) will be charged 100% of the session fee, as this time has been reserved exclusively for you.
• Studio sessions must be cancelled at least 72 hours in advance:
• Cancellations made between 72 and 48 hours before the session will be charged 50%.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session will be charged 100%.
• No-shows (failure to attend the session without prior notice) will be charged the full amount.

2. How to Cancel
Cancellations must be made in writing, through one of the following contact methods:
• Email: oi.photo.kids@gmail.com
• Instagram DM: @oioi.photo
• Or the same messenger where your booking was confirmed
Your cancellation is considered valid only after you receive a confirmation message from me.

3. Exceptions
In cases of emergency (e.g. illness, travel issues), the cancellation fee may be waived at my discretion. Proof may be required.

4. Refunds & Rescheduling
• Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 7 business days.
• You can reschedule once free of charge, if requested:
• at least 48 hours in advance for regular sessions
• at least 72 hours in advance for studio sessions
• Further rescheduling or last-minute changes may incur a fee.

5. Legal Information
This policy complies with Austrian law (§§ 909–918 ABGB, § 3 KSchG, § 18 FAGG).
By booking a session for a fixed date and time, you agree that this is a custom time-based service, and therefore you waive your right of withdrawal under § 18 Abs. 1 Z 1 FAGG.

Please note: Invoices that remain unpaid after the due date may be forwarded to a licensed debt collection agency (Inkassobüro). This step is only taken if no other solution can be found through direct communication. Thank you for understanding and respecting the time and effort involved in preparing your session.
