To help us find the best time for your session, we kindly recommend booking your photoshoot at least 2 weeks in advance. If you need an urgent appointment, please let us know — we might be able to find a slot for you.

We can reserve your estimated due date, and once your baby is born, just message us and we’ll schedule a convenient time. It’s best to do the session within the first 12 days while your baby is still very tiny.

• Timing

The booked time includes the entire session duration (preparation, outfit changes, breaks), not only shooting. Please arrive on time, as delays shorten the session.

• Attendance

Only the booked models/participants may attend the photoshoot unless discussed in advance.

• Preparation

To ensure the best results, please follow all preparation tips sent before the session.

• Editing Style

If you would like something specific or different from my usual editing, please let me know in advance. Otherwise, by booking a session you agree to my artistic vision and editing style.

Payment is due right after the photoshoot, allowing the editing and delivery process to proceed without any delays.

If you cancel your session 48 hours prior to the photoshoot, no fee will be charged. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the photoshoot will result in a full charge. All jpg unedited photos are delivered within 2 weeks. The editing and high-end retouching process may take up to 4/5 weeks to complete.

We are happy to offer on-location sessions outside Vienna.
For destinations within up to 1 hour of travel, an additional €40 travel fee applies and will be added to the selected package.
For longer distances, please contact us directly — we’ll gladly discuss custom options.
